fragile^TM is a unique experience in fine gift shopping, offering a broad range of traditional and contemporary gift items, typically at a price 10% to 30% lower than department stores. The unique array of china, crystal and gifts are at your fingertips in our show room or can be resting in your shopping cart with a mere click of a key.

Our Bridal Registry, serving the needs of our brides and grooms, as well as their families and guests, is an integral part of our business. Our mission is to provide the most diverse selection of fine gifts and the most stress-free experience for all parties involved. In addition, most of our brides and grooms find that registering at fragile^TM makes it easier for friends and family to select gifts for engagement parties, showers and future anniversaries, as well as providing one-stop shopping for bridesmaid and groomsmen gifts.

fragile^TM has been serving its customers in our Sandy Springs location in Atlanta, GA, since 1987, expanding from 3,000 sf to 10,000 sf in January, 2002, in order to expand our gift offerings to our customers and better exhibit our many product lines. Our longevity and our ability to adjust to changing markets and styles is a testament to our staff and to our customers. Store Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm; Sunday 1 pm to 5 pm;  Closed Holidays.

We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and expertise to all of our customers, whether in-store, via telephone or fax, or on-line. Providing a quality gift at a reasonable price, accompanied by superior customer service has proven to be a successful formula for fragile^TM where repeat customers are the norm, and “once you’ve tried fragile^TM, you will be a customer for life”.

Return Policy

We accept returns for any gift items, accompanied by a store receipt, within fourteen (14) days of purchase, and will credit the full amount of your purchase immediately (excluding any shipping charges). Any returns after fourteen (14) days of purchase or without a store receipt will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase only.

Privacy Policy

We are grateful for your decision to shop with fragile^TM and believe your privacy should be protected. We will not share your personal information with any other persons or companies. We will not inundate you with information about special promotions, product sales, or in-store events, unless you indicate that you wish to receive such information.

Shipping Information

We typically ship most gift items via United Parcel Service, unless otherwise requested. Shipping Charges are determined based on the cost of the item shipped. Typically, an inventory item shipped locally (the Atlanta area) will arrive within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed; inventory items shipped out of the local area may take up to a week. Gift items that need to be ordered from the manufacturer may take 3-4 weeks to be received after placement of the order, depending on the season and where the item is to be shipped.

Gift Wrapping

We believe that each and every gift that you purchase from fragile^TM is “special”, whether for a birthday, a wedding, or just because, and we provide complimentary gift wrapping for all gifts. Simply indicate on the order form upon checkout (in the Special Instructions box), the type of occasion for which you are purchasing the gift, and our expert staff will select the appropriate wrapping paper to make sure your gift is special in all ways. Examples: Shower Gift, Wedding Gift, Anniversary Gift, Baby Gift, Graduation Gift, Male Birthday Gift, Female Birthday Gift, Housewarming Gift, etc. Unless otherwise indicated, gifts selected from Bridal Registries will be wrapped in specially selected wedding wrap and all other gifts will be wrapped in a beautiful white wrapping paper.
