IMMEDIATE SHIP REGISTRY SERVICE – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Gift Notification- You will be notified in the form of an e-mail of all gifts purchased from your registry. You will be advised of the purchaser’s name and address, the purchaser’s gift message, and a description of the gift.

Gift Delivery- In-stock gifts purchased from the couple’s wedding registry will be shipped as and when they are purchased for them. All gifts will ship complete, and will not be held for bulk delivery. All gifts that are required to be specially ordered from a manufacturer will maintained in the Fragile Wedding Registry until approval is given by the registered couple to release them (not to exceed 60 days from the wedding date). Fragile will keep a record of all purchases made from the registered couple’s registry, but will not hold any actual merchandise nor process any orders until told to do so by the registered couple (not to exceed 60 days from the wedding date). Once an order is approved by the couple and ordered directly from a manufacturer, the merchandise cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Returns and Credits- In the event unused and undamaged merchandise purchased from Fragile is returned by the registrants for any reason whatsoever within 60 days of the registrants’ wedding date, Fragile will issue a gift voucher in the amount of the original purchase price paid for such merchandise, less the cost of shipping and handling. Gift vouchers are for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash. No merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange after 60 days. Only merchandise purchased from Fragile may be returned, and must be in the original manufacturer's packaging. Special order and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Registry merchandise that is required to be ordered directly from a manufacturer cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.

Unavailable or Discontinued Merchandise and Credits- Fragile will make every effort to notify you in the event any item purchased on your registry becomes unavailable or discontinued.

Completion Program- Registered couples are entitled to a one-time 10% completion discount up until one year from the wedding date. This discount cannot be combined with registry gift vouchers or any other discount or promotion.

Registry- Hold service – Terms and conditions

Hold Delivery Service-  All gifts purchased for the registered couple from their registry are maintained in the Fragile Wedding Registry system until approval is given by the registered couple to release them (not to exceed 60 days from the wedding date). Fragile will keep a record of all purchases made from the couple’s registry, but will not hold any actual merchandise nor process any orders until told to do so by the registered couple.

For up to 60 days after the wedding, the registered couple may review all gifts purchased from their registry. At this time, the couple has the option to modify their registry in any way (change patterns, quantities, or individual pieces, etc.). After the registered couple has finalized their registry, their registry is released (“Release Date”). At this time orders will be placed with the manufacturer(s) for the merchandise selected. Orders of in-stock merchandise will generally be shipped within 3-5 days after the Release Date. Merchandise that is required to be specially ordered from a manufacturer may be shipped as late as 12 weeks after the Release Date; once ordered, this merchandise cannot be cancelled, accepted for return or exchanged. While the registry will remain active, all future orders placed for the registered couple will not be held and will be shipped directly to the delivery address on file.
