Fragile wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can correct the situation. Fragile will happily accept any returns within 30-days of purchase with the following exceptions:
- Special Orders
- Discounted “close-out” merchandise
- Final Sale merchandise
- Personalized Merchandise
A refund will be issued to you at that time, excluding delivery and handling charges.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES OF GIFTS
If you have received a gift from Fragile and would like to return it, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item, please be sure to include your credit card payment information in order to pay for shipping and handling charges of your new items, along with any amount that the new merchandise price for the replacement gifts exceeds the amount to be refunded (please note that original delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item, unless we are at fault). If merchandise is returned in accordance with our return policy (as stated above), Fragile will issue a credit or a check normally within 14 days of the receipt of the return.
STANDARD GROUND DELIVERY
All in-stock complete orders will normally ship within 3 business days from receipt of the order, via UPS or FedEx Ground. If orders are placed before 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, we can ship in-stock items on the same day for an additional $20.00 per address. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for rush delivery. In addition, special order items that are ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 3 weeks to receive after we have placed the order on your behalf.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES
Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental United States will be calculated automatically when you proceed to check-out. Heavy and oversized items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges. Any freight surcharge will be noted on the product page, and the charge will be added to the shipping fee when the item is added to your shopping cart.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL U.S.
Fragile is able to ship most items outside the continental U.S. Since the shipping charge will vary based upon the weight, dimension and destination, we cannot calculate the shipping costs until after your order has been submitted. Therefore, you should ignore the shipping charge that displays when you place your order on-line, and alternatively, we will notify you via e-mail once the delivery cost has been determined. We will not ship your order until we receive your approval for this charge. Express shipping is not available for international orders.
SHIPPING ERRORS AND DAMAGES
Please contact us immediately at 1-888- 354-4438, or e-mail us at email@example.com if your order arrived damaged or a packing error occurred. Please provide us with your order number, name, address and description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next.
